Oat and Pilchard cake

How to make some scrummy cake

4oz of self raising flour
4oz porridge oats
4oz veg oil (you could use other oils I think)
2 eggs
Large tin of pilchards in tomato sauce

Mush it all together and mix until its all combinationed

180 degree in the oven for 20 mins to make 12 - 14 cup cakes

Little longer in the oven to make 1 large cake.

  1. could you make it with tinned sardines ?? dont think we have pilchards here in Spain ? certainly seems tasty - thumbs up )
